Shop Foreman

As a Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a reputation for excellence and quality. You will oversee daily operations in the shop, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met efficiently. You will lead a team of skilled workers, manage workflow, and ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of production operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services
• Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent
