Now hiring a Full-Time Manual Machinist for a manufacturing company in Medina for 1st shift (M-F 7am-3pm)
Pay ranges from $25-30 / hour, paid weekly
The Manual Machinist sets up and operates various manual machines to include:
- G&L Horizontal Boring Mill
- Summit Lathe
- Bridgeport Vertical Mill
- Carlton Drill Press
Job Duties
- Blueprint reading
- Produce or repair parts to customer specifications as defined in drawings
- Use micrometers and other measuring devices
- Identify and trouble-shoot machining issues
- Adhere to safety standards
- Other shop tasks as assigned
Prior experience with manual machines is required
CNC machining experience preferred
Basic Math skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
