Outdoor Patio Cover Installer

The Installer will be climbing up ladders and assembling patio covers for both commercial and residential projects. This position requires frequent travel, basic mechanical aptitude, and a good driving record. Willing to train those who have mechanical aptitude and isn’t afraid of heights.

Ideal candidate:

• Carpentry/Home Remodeling/Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
• Hard working, willing to grind, honest, high degree of integrity and trustworthy.
• Open to traveling overnight or day trips frequently.
• Good communicator, follows instruction and open to learning from senior leaders
• Basic mechanical aptitude. Must be able to utilize a tape measurer and screw gun at minimum
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Comfortable with heights and utilizing ladders.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving records are preferred (May be operating a company vehicle)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm on average but this will vary based on the assignment.
• Overtime
• Some Weekend availability

Travel:

• During summer months will travel to Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, Pittsburgh, and Detroit.
• During winter months will travel to George, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
• This position will require frequent travelling and overnight stays.

Compensation:

• Pay starts at $22.00 per hour for first 90 Days. Uncapped commission structure paid on per job basis after 90 Day introductory period.
• $200-$600 in commission per instillation depending on the size of the job
• Company truck, trailer, tools, paid expenses, tablet, credit card, and gas card provided for eligible employees.
• Average year 1 earnings: 60k
• $11.00 per hour for travel time and $13 per hour if DOT certified. Client will pay for the candidate to get certified.
