Qualifications:

• Carpentry, Home Remodeling, or Construction Experience
• Hard Working
• Willing to Grind
• Honest
• Trustworthy
• Communication Skills
• Experience Utilizing a Tape Measurer and Basic Tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable With Heights and Utilizing Ladders
• Willingness to Learn From Senior Leaders
• Must be Comfortable With Frequent Traveling Throughout Ohio and Other States
• Driver's License

Travel:

• During summer months you will travel to Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, Pittsburgh, and Detroit
• During winter months you will travel to Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky
• This position will require frequent travelling and overnight stays

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install Patio Covers for Residential and Commercial Properties
• Follow Proper Safety Protocols

Compensation:

Standard earnings year one are $60,000+ based on number of projects completed.

Average year two earnings are $80,000+

Average year three earnings if promoted to crew leader are $100,000+

For the first 90 days you will receive $22.00 per hour in addition to overtime pay.

After 90 days you will receive commission for each project completed.

You will receive a flat rate commission of $100 for each project in addition to a .75 cent commission per square foot of the instillation. Average square footage per project is 280. This equates to an average commission per project of $310 + travel time and per diem.

Opportunity to pick up service jobs after 90 days for additional earnings.
