Bilingual Team Leader

Minute Men Staffing is currently hiring a Bilingual Team lead for a food manufacturer in the Eastend of Louisville. Must have prior leadership skills - directing a team, discussing production needs, making sure that there are zero issues with production needs being met. Strong attention to detail. Zero attendance issues. Flexible to be trained in all processes in order to train associates and follow OSHA standards and FDA regulations. Prior food manufacturing experience is a plus. This is a full time temp to hire position on 1st shift.
