We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to play a crucial role in metal recycling process. This position involves various tasks aimed at the efficient processing, handling, and sorting of scrap metals to ensure operational excellence and environmental responsibility. Pay starts at $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Sort materials based on type, size, and composition.
- Load and unload materials on conveyors and trucks.
- Operate and maintain machinery, adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Assist with inventory control and management.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environments preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to the Mentor, Ohio location.
- Willingness to work under various weather conditions and in different shifts.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test.
