Process Technician

We’re hiring Process Technicians for 2^nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3^rd shift (11pm-7am) in Grand Rapids.

Pay starts at $28 / hour with additional pay based on experience.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing process, maintaining equipment, and optimizing production output.

Requirements of the Process Technician:

·        3 years of plastic injection molding / automotive experience required.

·        Previous experience as a process technician is preferred.

Skills of the Process Technician:

·        Verify workplace settings before beginning production.

·        Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure maximized performance.

·        Troubleshooting problems and solving on the spot (ie. Correcting temperature, etc.)

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective action.

·        Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
