Baker

The team is currently seeking a skilled Baker to enhance the morning shift operations. The role is pivotal in the kitchen, involving dough preparation, baking a diverse range of breads, and upholding the high-quality standards set for each batch. Pay starts at $15 per hour. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough for pizzas, breadsticks, and other baked goods.
• Bake a wide range of bakery products according to our recipes and standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to optimize baking processes and improve product quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred.
• Passion for baking and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work early hours for first shift schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
