• Knowledge in blueprint.(Required)
• Micrometers.(Required)
• Calipers.(Required)
• Lathers.(Required)
• Milling machines.(Required)
• Grinders to cut bore and grind. (Required)
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of metal properties and other material.
• Experience with measurement tools as well.
• Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity and defects.
• Quality checks on completed tools and dies to ensure they are function-ready.
• Test runs with completed tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges as required.
