Picker / Packer

Now hiring a Picker/Packer for a manufacturing company in Wadsworth.

Weekly pay at $15 per hour.

The Picker/Packer is responsible for locating orders and materials within the facility and packaging them with proper labeling to be shipped out.

Job Duties:

• Routinely pick items from designated locations within the facility based on order requests.
• Verify the accuracy of selected items and ensure they match order sheets.
• Inspect all orders for quality and reporting any defects or abnormalities.
• Package orders securely using proper materials.
• Print labeling from computer system, verifying barcodes on packages for accuracy.
• Utilize scanning equipment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Notify a supervisor of any material overages or shortages to avoid delays in shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.

This position involves standing, walking, and bending throughout the duration of the shift.

The ideal candidate has great dexterity and a great attention to detail.
