WORKING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and assist with entire production process(supervision) & clean up.
Contribute to production planning and budgeting
Maintain a safe production environment
Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of production management experience
Strong organizational and managerial skills
Ideal candidates will own entire production process on their shift.
They will work with other teams to insure operational excellence
Experience In the Manufacturing of Fiber / NVH Material Preferred
Schedule: 2pm - Midnight (Monday - Thursday) + Possible OT on Friday
Compensation: BASED ON EXPERIENCE
