Packager

Now hiring Packagers for a manufacturing company in Akron for 1^st shift, 8:30am – 5pm.

Monday – Friday.

Weekly pay at $16 per hour.

The Packager is responsible for securely packing products, printing the appropriate labeling, and shrink-wrapping pallets for secure transportation.

Job Duties:

• Conduct quality inspections for products to identify potential damage.
• Pack, wrap, and label products for shipment.
• Ensure orders are accurate and complete before shipping.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as conveyors, scanners, and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and consistently.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Punctual with an outstanding attendance history.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment.

Previous experience in a similar role is required.
