Now Hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Great Company in Brook Park OH.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Interacts with customers by phone, email or in person and receives orders or changes to services.
  • Adjust concerns about billing or service rendered refer to the designated departments.
  • Assures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying invoices.
  • Generates all related paperwork and information required for customer work orders, check all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.


Schedule: 6:00pm - 6:00am (Rotating Shift)


Working (Friday- Sunday), then off work (Monday-Tuesday).

Working (Wednesday- Thursday), then off work (Friday-Sunday).


Compensation: $17.50 per hour (Paid Weekly)
