Position: Receptionist
Answer phone calls, ensure phone calls are properly directed, greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Inventory office supplies, keep copy rooms and conference rooms stocked, order supplies on a weekly basis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
The ability to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Clerical support and special project assistance as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, be punctual and reliable. Must be a team player and be extremely positive in personality.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
