Production Assembler

* Assemble custom cables, fine pitch and small 46 gauge wire soldering. * Produce 100% defect free products. * Operates some production tools and equipment (tweezers, cutters, soldering iron and hand crimpers). * Achieve delivery goals. * Support commitment to 100% on time shipment. * Continually improve individual time on each operation performed. * Perform initial quality checks and make necessary adjustments. REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or equivalent. *ABILITY TO USE MICROSCOPE * Skills to read and interpret assembly instructions. * Basic use of math. * Knowledge of using measuring devices. * Skills to relate well with others. HOURS: Full – time - 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. + MANDATORY OVERTIME WILL BE REQUIRED on Saturdays and at least one hour each day M-F. Time and a half will be paid as overtime rates. Pay Rate to Candidate: $13/hr TEMP TO HIRE
