Position: Payroll Clerk

Skills and Qualifications:
· Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concerns
· Strong computer skills, such as 10 Key typing, with the ability to adapt to the organization’s system and software
· Certified Payroll experience is a plus
· Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with weekly deadlines
· Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
· Being an effective team player
· Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Job Description/Duties:
· Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering weekly data.
· Collecting and verifying timesheets with Customers.
· Resolving payroll discrepancies and providing answers to employees.
· Preparing reports detailing payroll Hours and Overtime, PTO. Per diem.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure payroll is correctly allocated.
· Weekly Certified reports, LCPtracker, eMars, etc.
· Clerical duties such as uploading files and scanning
