Pay:$20 - $25/hr based on prior construction experience
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Skilled Laborer/Spotter to assist a Certified Boom Lift Operator on a construction project in the Nashville area. This position plays a key role in ensuring safety, communication, and efficiency on the jobsite.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a spotter to guide the Boom Lift Operator with safe maneuvering and material placement.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging construction materials.
- Maintain clear communication with equipment operators and crew members.
- Perform general labor duties including site cleanup and material handling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and jobsite rules.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or heavy labor experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
