Memco is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling forms for concrete placement, pouring and finishing concrete, and ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety standards.


  • Mon - Fri ; sometimes Saturday's
  • Pay: $27 - $31/hr BOE
  • Valid/Non Expired Drivers License is REQUIRED!!
  • Long term and Full time project
  • Atlanta 5 points area




Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork layout and construction.
  • Construct and set forms for concrete structures such as foundations, walls, columns, and slabs.
  • Install wire mesh, rebar, anchor bolts, and other reinforcements as required.
  • Pour, level, and finish concrete using various tools (trowels, floats, screeds, etc.).
  • Monitor the curing process and apply necessary treatments to ensure proper setting.
  • Dismantle and remove formwork after concrete sets.
  • Perform basic carpentry duties for concrete molds and supports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a background and a 5 panel drug test
  • Have your own basic carpentry tools to bring to job site every day
  • Proven experience as a concrete carpenter or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using power tools and carpentry tools.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship is a plus.
  • OSHA certification (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, or scaffolding.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
