Summary:
-Responsible in the installation, servicing, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in residential/multi-family properties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Include the following activities conducted independently or under the immediate supervision of licensed professional. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide customer service satisfaction by addressing complaints to ensure problem resolution.
- Inspect and investigate HVAC systems and equipment to identify service, repair, or
- replacement.
- Problem Diagnose by using operational knowledge of systems, parts, and components to find
solutions.
- Test, evaluate and analyze equipment to ensure compliance; analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Perform preventive maintenance on various mechanical and electrical elements in HVAC systems.
- Ability to pick up, and deliver parts required for job needs.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
- High school education or equivalent with HVAC skills training
- HVAC Diploma from college and/or institute
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory codes
- Strong mechanical skills
- Extensive experience with HVAC, hand/power tools
Computer Skills:
-Perform basic Computer skills
-Certificates and Licenses:
-EPA License
-Registered with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
-Obtain and maintain required certifications.
Work Environment:
-Ability to willing to work with direction/product strategies and problems-solving guidance; work
well in diverse team environment
Physical Demands:
-Employee must regularly lift and /or move 50 pounds or more.
