Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Dispatcher

Location: Austin TX

Pay: Up to $26/hr (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for commercial jobs.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors to coordinate service requests.
• Ensure efficient routing and job prioritization.
• Maintain accurate records of job status, technician availability, and service requests.
• Assist with invoicing, customer follow-ups, and general administrative tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in dispatching (preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or a similar trade).
• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
