Job Description: Scaffolding Foreman

Location: Austin, TX (with potential for traveling if interested in San Antonio, Dallas, or Colorado)

Position Type: Hourly (Full-Time/Temp-to-Hire)

Compensation: $26 - $30 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew of 4-5 workers, with potential to manage up to 10.
• Ensure all scaffolding systems (Frame, Swing Stage, Pinlock, and Mast Climbers) are set up and dismantled according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign responsibilities to crew members.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
• Completed JSA/JHA forms
• Maintain accurate daily reporting using the Assigner app for timekeeping, forms, and task management.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Drive the company truck or your own vehicle (with an allowance of $120 per week) to various job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in scaffolding, with a focus on supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of various scaffolding systems.
• Must be able to read print.
• Bilingual candidates preferred; English-speaking only candidates will also be considered.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); driving history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Tech-savvy with experience using mobile apps for reporting and task management.
• Ability to start ASAP.
