Job Summary
We are seeking a few hard-working and reliable Assembly/CEMA1I operators for a local manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be working in the CEMA II department and assembling industrial molding machines after completing part training with a designated trainer. You must be able to follow all rules and regulations including gowning and de-gowning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To demonstrate proficiency in specific duties of each position required as an Assembler II
- Syringe assembler
- Plunger/Jacket assembler
- Barrel Blower and assembler
- In-line Inspector
- Builder
- Tray Packer/Sealer
• To learn the specific duties of each position required as an Assembler II
- Assembly Outside Material Handler
- Ensure products are moved and documented properly
- Maintain and organize pallet area, shipments, and load trucks
- Wrap finished goods.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities of Assembler II
- Assist in assembly, troubleshooting, or management of assembly team in absence of Team Leaders.
- Case Packer
- Labeling packages appropriately.
- Inspecting packages and shipping containers.
- Keeping records of packages including delivery notes, invoices, etc.
- HFC Assembler Lead
- Assemble components using medical heat, form, and coil equipment.
- Inspect products to ensure high quality.
- Monitor labor usage and know the proper number of employees are being used during each production run.
- Monitor and manage the assembly team’s hour-by-hour performance.
- Operate equipment to apply silicone.
- Follow work instructions and complete documentation.
- To learn the Support Positions in the CEMA.
- Pack-out
- Get crates ready with correct boxes and inserts.
- Package finished products in boxes.
- Inspect each box and label.
- Component Stager/ Material Handler
Requirements and Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• This position requires the ability read, comprehend, and follow the Operating Instructions
• This position requires corrected eyesight of 20/20 basic computer skills – keyboarding.
• The work conditions are in a climate controlled medical device assembly room. Team members wear clean room uniforms provided by the company.
