Picker/Packer Needed in Lumberton, NC
We are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer for a short-term position. Work Schedule Monday-Saturday 5am-3:30pm
Description:
- Operates RF scan gun to pick orders from the warehouse floor and delivers to the Shipping and/or Packing locations
- Receives, inspects, packs, and loads orders delivered to Shipping by the warehouse pickers
- Routinely operates heavy powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks
- Reports any inventory or order discrepancies to the Team Lead
- Assists with other general warehouse duties as defined by leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicate must be able to read, write, and communicate in the English language;
- Applicant must possess basic math, measurement, and reasoning skills;
- Applicant must possess experience with computerized inventory systems (D-365 experience a plus)
- Applicant must be able to push, pull, carry up to 40lbs repeatedly during their shift; May occasionally lift up to 100lbs with team lift;
- Applicants will be subject to drug screen and background check, as well as forklift assessments and skill evaluations
- Forklift experience required
- Previous warehousing experience preferred
