Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping automotive components while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of automotive parts for accuracy and damage.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips or order sheets.
  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
  • Label, sort, and store parts in designated areas following inventory control procedures.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in the automotive or parts industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime or different shifts when required.
