Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping automotive components while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of automotive parts for accuracy and damage.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips or order sheets.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Label, sort, and store parts in designated areas following inventory control procedures.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in the automotive or parts industry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime or different shifts when required.
