Auditor Needed in Lumberton, NC

We are seeking an experienced auditor to inspect products and orders in the shipping/receiving department for a local warehouse. Work Schedule Monday-Saturday (1st shift: 5am-3:30pm at $17.00 or 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am at $18.00)

Description:

• Executes outbound order inspections to ensure accuracy of orders shipped;
• Reports order discrepancies, product quality issues, and product safety issues to appropriate Team Leads, recording discrepancies using the Outbound Audit Process;
• Communicates with Picker, Leadership, Quality department, and other key stakeholders to analyze and resolve quality issues;
• Supports ICQA department with Corrective and Preventive Action Process;
• Performs other inventory counting duties as assigned by leadership;
• May assist packers and shipping clerks with packing and loading orders;
• Routinely operates heavy powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks;
• Support Continuous Improvement(#CI) objectives as assigned;
• Continually learn and successfully execute processes to meet organizational objectives;
• May be assigned to participate in projects as part of development as assigned by Leadership;
• Other projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Applicant must be able to read, write, and communicate in the English language;
• Applicant must possess basic math, measurement, and reasoning skills;
• Applicant must possess experience with computerized inventory systems (D-365 experience a plus)
• Applicant must be able to push, pull, carry up to 40lbs repeatedly during their shift; May occasionally lift up to 100lbs with team lift;
• Applicants will be subject to forklift assessments and skill evaluations
• Forklift experience required
• Inventory and/or Quality Control experience preferred
• Previous warehousing experience required
• Submit to Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening
