Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Administrator to join ou team. This role combines general administrative duties with basic financial responsibilities to support the day-to-day operations of the sales team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Greet customers, answer phones, and direct inquiries professionally.

  • Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.

  • Assist with equipment documentation, registrations, and title work.

  • Order office supplies and manage stock levels.

  • Schedule appointments and support coordination of meetings and dealership events.

  • Support HR-related administrative tasks such as timesheets and leave records.

Finance & Accounting Support:

  • Assist with processing equipment sales paperwork, including payments and financing documents.

  • Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and bank deposits.

  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Assist with preparation of month-end reports and general ledger entries.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.

  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely invoice processing and vendor payments.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (dealership experience a plus).

  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); dealership software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) is an advantage.
