Call Center Opportunity in Martinsville, VA
Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable individual to join our growing operation! In this role, you will work in a call center environment, doing inbound and outbound medical surveys. Under the supervision of the team supervisor/lead, you will be required to display high energy level, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the program while remaining neutral and unbiased during the phone survey. You must be meticulous and ensure each survey is read verbatim and all information is recorded accurately. We prefer candidates who have some call center experience, but we are willing to train.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral required.
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude required.
- Ability to be flexible in a work schedule and to work limited overtime as necessary required.
- Must be able to read verbatim and pronounce medical terminology efficiently
- All data collected must remain confidential
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; call center experience is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
- Basic computer skills including keyboard skills and accurate data entry.
- Fluent in reading and writing in English.
- Good typing skills
- Ability to learn new software
