Job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Duties

  • Process accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.

  • Identifying disputes.

  • Issuing credits.

  • Utilize accounting software for various accounting functions.

  • Investigate aged items.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

  • Problem solving,

  • Data Entry.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Prior experience in an accounting role is advantageous but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
