Job Title: Order Picker
Location: USA Parkway, Nevada
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are hiring Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. This is a physically active role that requires comfort with operating machinery and being on your feet for extended periods. Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
• Pick and put away an average of 700 pieces per day
• Move products between pallets and rack locations
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Reach truck experience is required
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs consistently throughout the shif
• Comfortable driving and standing for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to lift and move products safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug test for THC
• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
