Job Title: Tire Mount & Balance Technician
Location: USA Parkway, Nevada
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Tire Mount & Balance Technicians. This role is part of a high-paced production line environment, which differs significantly from the workflow of a traditional tire shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mount and balance tires and wheels according to company SOPs
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Experience with mounting and balancing tires is helpful but not required
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to follow structured procedures and adapt to a production line pace
• Willingness to learn and follow our unique Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
