Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: USA Parkway, Nevada

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Shift: Morning Shift
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Occasional weekends and additional hours may be required
• Local travel may be necessary

General Description:

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and organizing inventory. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks
• Inspect products for damage prior to shipment
• Sort and place materials and items according to organizational standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive, label, and store incoming materials in an organized manner
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and team members
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of general labor or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
