Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Paint Refinishing Assistant to support our team in maintaining high-quality finishes. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, and other tools to complete quality work.

• Prepare and mix color tints to match paint specifications, ensuring all formulations, top coatings, and curing.

• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines and perform spray test panels to ensure color match.

• Assist in prep work as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Perform other duties as required to support business needs.

Skills/Requirements:

• Comply with all safety requirements, including respirator usage and fit tests.

• Ability to read and follow basic instructions and work orders.

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
