Job Title: General Operator
Location: Fernley, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Swing or Graveyard Shift)
Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a General Operator to join our production team in Fernley, NV. This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor, machinery operation, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and handle 50-pound bags regularly throughout the shift
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Perform general production tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Accurately complete timecards (signed by Tony Sumner or Gary Henderson)

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Forklift operation experience required
• MSHA certification is a plus
• Must be able to work swing or graveyard shifts
• Steel toe boots are mandatory
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Willingness to work 8 or 10-hour shifts depending on production needs

Additional Information:

• This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent after a few months based on performance and business needs
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Candidates must be comfortable working overnight and in a production environment
