Production Associate – Manufacturing

Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our growing operation. What You’ll Do:

• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and product quality
• Communicate effectively with team members via radio
• Cut material to length, sample products, and move materials manually or with a forklift
• Perform general housekeeping duties including emptying trash carts and cleaning work areas
• Assist with equipment start-ups and complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Learn and support other key production roles (Levels 2–4)
• Understand and follow finished product specifications
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret work instructions accurately
• Basic math skills (including fractions and percentages)
• Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods
• Safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, sometimes in awkward positions
• Perform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks
• Work in a dusty environment with varying temperatures (hot and cold)
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead regularly
• Work 8- or 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends as needed
