Job Title: Machine Operator – Overnight Shift
Location: Fernley, Nevada
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our overnight team. This role involves operating machinery across various departments including lamination, cutting, fabrication, molding, recycling, and more. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery in assigned department to complete work orders
- Review and interpret work orders accurately
- Communicate material needs to relevant departments
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal operation
- Perform hazard-based functions including lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspections
- Stack, sort, and bundle materials per department standards
- Participate in housekeeping tasks, 5S, and SQDC initiatives
- Record production and quality data for improvement tracking
- Meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with quality checks and packaging tasks
- Support Operators II & III with end-of-line duties
- Perform other duties as assigned

Work Attire Requirements:
- Steel-toe boots required
- Long pants (no sweats or shorts)
- Short sleeve shirts (no tank tops)
