Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Driver
Location: USA Parkway – Fernley, Nevada
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support logistics and material handling operations at our USA Parkway facility. Under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor or Department Supervisor, this role is responsible for the safe movement of materials throughout the plant, supporting production, shipping, and inventory functions. Candidates will complete a hands-on forklift evaluation as part of the interview process, including a 15-minute obstacle course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to stage materials, load/unload trucks, and transfer materials within the facility
• Deliver raw materials and supplies to production areas and stage finished goods in designated inventory locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and FIFO (First In, First Out) controlled warehouse environment
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, and securing products
• Accurately record inventory movements and maintain proper documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies, keeping safety at the forefront of all tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production and shipping schedules
• Assist with general housekeeping and organization of the warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior forklift experience required; certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to complete a hands-on forklift evaluation during the interview process
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
• Team-oriented with a proactive and safety-first mindset

• Warehouse and production setting with exposure to varying temperatures
• Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and operating machinery
