Shipping Manager

Now Hiring: Shipping Manager – $65/hr | Minden, NV 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $65/hour
Location: Minden, Nevada

We are seeking a Shipping Manager to lead the daily operations of our shipping department. This hands-on leadership role ensures accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods, while managing team performance, shipping schedules, and coordination with carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all shipping activities

• Lead and supervise the shipping team, providing training and task delegation

• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations

• Work with ERP systems, shipping software, and carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.)

• Drive continuous improvement in shipping processes

• Monitor department safety and compliance

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management

• Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping procedures and regulations

• Proficiency with shipping platforms and ERP systems

• Proven leadership experience

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods

Preferred:

• Experience with lean logistics or continuous improvement initiatives

• Forklift certification or familiarity with warehouse equipment

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
