We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to support day-to-day operations in our warehouse and manufacturing facility. The General Laborer is responsible for performing physical labor, maintaining clean and safe work areas, assisting machine operators and technicians, and handling materials and products to support efficient production and shipping workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials from trucks, shelves, or workstations.
  • Move, stack, and organize materials and finished products in designated areas.
  • Assist with basic machine operation, assembly tasks, or packaging as instructed.
  • Clean and prepare work areas, equipment, and tools for production use.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety policies.
  • Label, count, and inspect products for quality assurance.
  • Dispose of scrap, debris, and waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Assist warehouse staff with inventory counts, picking/packing orders, and palletizing shipments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Repetitive use of hands and arms for handling tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, dust, heat, or cold.
  • Use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots as required.
