Schedule: 2-2-3 (12-hour shifts, rotating days)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate winders, grinders, hoppers, or boring machines as assigned.
• Identify and use appropriate raw materials based on production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and respond to malfunctions.
• Inspect, measure, and weigh materials and finished products.
• Report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience as a machine operator.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
