Packer – Nights Shift

Location: Fernley, NV
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Hours subject to change; overtime required as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products in accordance with company standards, conducting quality checks, and supporting overall production goals in a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Box Making Station: Assemble cardboard boxes and maintain cleanliness of the workstation.
• Mailer Packer Station: Pack mailers into constructed boxes on a conveyor line while performing active quality checks.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all products meet company quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a packing or similar role preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
