About the Role

We’re looking for a Silk Screen Printer to join our gasket production team in Dayton, NV. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain silk screen-printing equipment

• Apply paint and paint thinner to gaskets using a press

• Set up, run, and break down the printing press

• Replace silk screens by registering templates and securing with buttons

• Transfer painted parts to curing ovens

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or comfort working with paint, chemicals, and industrial tools

• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately

• Strong attention to detail for print alignment and screen registration

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and punctual

Dress Code:

Appropriate industrial workwear required. Must be prepared for hands-on work with paint and chemicals.
