Location: Yerington, NV
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, and steel-toed boots required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Laborer to join our production team in Yerington, NV. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including conveyor belts and filling machines
• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Monitor production processes and perform routine quality checks
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling
• Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment to fulfill orders
• Prepare finished goods for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to maintenance staff
• Follow all health and safety protocols
• Accurately document and report any product defects or discrepancies
• Support timely and efficient production operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic mechanical tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
