Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
Location: Minden, NV
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay:$20/hr
Must be able to pass THC screening and 7-year background check
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support plant operations, equipment upkeep, and general facilities maintenance. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general building and grounds maintenance
Support installation of new equipment
Complete plant work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
Perform short-term repairs and implement long-term equipment improvements
Maintain accurate documentation (work orders, schematics, parts lists, etc.)
Ensure equipment runs at optimal performance
Maintain consistent and punctual attendance
Perform other maintenance-related tasks as needed
Preferred Experience:
5+ years in an automated manufacturing or distribution environment
5+ years in industrial mechanical/electrical maintenance
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of U.S. military service
5+ years experience making mechanical or electrical repairs
Strong communication skills to report technical and operational issues
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs
