Food Handler / Waiter (J)

Catering food. Stand on feet, use a knife, working with public at the cookoff, will be scoring meat on the bottom side of rubs with a supplied knife. Given a script so they know how to answer people in the crowd. Working in the VIP Lounge, serving food, cleaning up after event, buffet service.
