Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance professional to join our client's community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate mechanical knowledge, ensuring that all aspects of our facilities are operating efficiently.

Duties

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or staff, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Leadership experience, particularly in supervising maintenance staff or teams.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• MUST be able to pass background check and drug test

• MUST be able to work a Wed - Sun schedule

$20/hr.
