The Program Manager works with and reports directly to the CEO while providing a broad variety of support in a small non-profit organization.
Primary Duties

Point of contact for Salesforce
-
Maintain and record all records and reports associated with training and training schedules.

Generate weekly and monthly reports as needed from Salesforce to review with Director of Training
-
Manage Facility Dog Program schedule attendance on training calendars & updating certifications in CJIS
-
Coordinate Public Access Training Sessions
Client Relations
-
Communicate directly with inquiries, applicants, clients and graduates.
-
Point of contact for information concerning applicants, and clients such as verification of records.

Coordinates via phone or email reminders to trainers and clients with details about training sessions
-
Manage training, supplies, and other equipment as needed.
Volunteer Management
-
Manage training, Phase 1 and Phase 2 emails as needed
-
Oversee volunteers entering data into Salesforce (Phase 1, Phase 2, Applicants, etc.)
-
Oversee volunteers entering training reports into Salesforce.
-
Coordinates with clients for overdue training reports or any other matters that need attention.

Recruits and coordinates volunteer support with CEO.

Manage monthly - Annual Recertifications for all active clients
-
Schedule client re-certifications and create certification cards and vests as needed
-
Coordinate class set up and equipment as needed, maintain training closet, disinfect tables after each class
Future Programming
-
Point person and trainer for volunteers in the Apprentice Training programs while attending 2 year apprentice program as trainer.

Schedule classes and facilitate trainers’ meetings, as needed.

Coordinate activities related to the trainer’s responsibilities.

Works with the CEO to evaluate program progress and make necessary recommendations for the administration of the annual program of action.

Help to evaluate and update current program outlines for procedures and guidelines for training, clients, volunteers and additional staff as needed.
