ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and service delivery.
• Manage and maintain the existing sales pipeline, driving new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Supervise and manage a team of 70+ field technicians, coordinators, and support staff, ensuring efficient operations and quality control.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines, budgets, and goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and safety compliance.
• Review and analyze project costs, progress, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication, resolve issues, and set goals for team members.
• Review performance metrics, conduct 90-day and annual reviews, and provide coaching to employees.
• Develop and manage key client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure the alignment of operational resources to sales forecasts and new opportunities.
• Enforce and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

• Always maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers, internal management, and team members.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
• Previous experience managing a large team (70+ people) and working with operational pipelines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Consent to a background check and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
