Maintenance Technician

Manpower is hiring a Skilled Building Maintenance Technician in Belle Glade.

Recent Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing experience is required.

This position is temp to hire, and the hours are Monday - Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

$19.00/hr. depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Paint, remodel, and refurbish buildings and facilities as needed.

• Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities.

• Clean windows and glass doors around the facility.

• Change of all air filters from HVAC units as required.

• Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials.

• Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed.

• Maintain exterior property.

• Assist with installs/removals.

• Performs other work related duties as assigned.

• Hand tools will be provided.

Requirements:

• Must have recent, Building Maintenance experience.

• HVAC experience is strongly preferred.

• Valid Drivers License
