We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship management.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

  • Utilize various platforms such as social media, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) to identify and attract top talent.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent management.

  • Execute effective negotiation strategies to secure offers with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.

  • Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from universities and colleges.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on employee orientation, training & development, and succession planning.

  • Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruiting strategies and stay competitive in the market.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in systems such as Workday, Paychex, iCIMS, or similar platforms.

  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation efforts to expand the candidate pool.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting with a strong understanding of employment & labor law.

  • Proficiency in using ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Taleo) and HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Kronos).

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management and employee relations.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

  • Experience in executive recruiting or internal recruiting is highly desirable.
