Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing customers in the commercial refrigeration space. This role requires a results-driven professional who understands refrigeration systems and has a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within the HVAC/R or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the commercial refrigeration sector.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and decision-makers.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC/R, or a related technical field.

  • Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, equipment, and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
